At Flaton.in, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment experience.
This policy explains the refund and cancellation rules for paid property listings and promotional services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same payment is charged more than once.
- Failed Transaction: If money is deducted but the service is not activated.
- Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our platform prevents service delivery.
- Service Not Delivered: If Flaton is unable to provide the purchased service.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments are generally non-refundable once a listing or promotional service has been successfully activated.
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
- A listing has already been published.
- A featured promotion has already been activated.
- A Lister changes their mind after activation.
- A listing is removed due to incorrect or misleading information or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- A property becomes unavailable after successful listing publication.
This policy does not limit any refund rights available under applicable law.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellation before their purchased service is activated.
Once a listing or promotional service has been activated, cancellation and refunds will generally not be available.
All cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.
